Entara CW1988 [Add-On]

Experience the power of a true man's car with the Entara CW1988 [Add-On] mod for Grand Theft Auto V! This mod features two F1 cars, the naturally aspirated CW1988 and the turbocharged CW1988T, both with unique designs, engine sounds, and handling.

Not only do these cars look incredible, the mod also includes a recreation of all the teams, cars, engines, liveries, and wheels from the Formula 1 World Championship 1988 season in a lore-friendly style.

In addition, the mod includes the Pegassi Torero Safety Car, inspired by the Lamborghini Countach Safety Car used during the Monaco Grand Prix in the early 80s.

The CW1988 Script matches wheels with the selected livery and comes with the DrivingMode script to enable the onboard TV camera. Press V to toggle the TV camera. The mod also includes all normal game features like working dials and hands on the steering wheel.

Please note that there are some known bugs, including game crashes when either the CW1988 or CW1988T is spawned with the "warp player inside vehicle" option enabled.

To install this mod, you will need the latest versions of ScriptHookV and ScriptHookVDotNet. Extract the CW1988_1.0.zip file and drag & drop the Scripts folder into your Grand Theft Auto V main folder. Then, enable Edit mode in OpenIV and go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks to drag & drop the cw1988 folder. In OpenIV, go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data and right-click on dlclist.xml, then Edit. Add the following line right above "Paths": dlcpacks:/cw1988/. Save the changes and hit the track!
