To install the mod, simply place the "chimerac" folder into the "GTA V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" directory. Then, add the line "dlcpacks:/chimerac/" to the "dlclist.xml" file in "GTA V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data". You can spawn the chopper by using the name "chimerac".
