3. Navigate to "mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks" and place the "e145rx" folder in this path.
4. Go to "mods > update > update.rpf > common > data" and open "dlclist.xml".
5. Add the following line to the end of the list: "dlcpacks:/e145rx/"
6. Save and close the file.
