3. Go to "GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" and open "dlclist.xml".
4. Add the following line: "dlcpacks:/zil/".
5. Save and close the file.

To spawn the vehicle in-game using Simple Trainer, enter the name "zil" to summon the ZIL 130.
