dlcpacks:\hmmwv\

5. Save and close the file, then replace the original "dlclist.xml" file in OpenIV.
6. Navigate to GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks, create a new folder named "hmmwv", and open it.
7. Transfer the "dlc.rpf" file into the "hmmwv" folder.
8. Installation is complete!

To spawn the vehicles in-game, use a trainer and enter the spawn names "humvee" or "humcamo".
