Installation Instructions:

Step 1:

Place the "boorc" folder in the following location within your Grand Theft Auto V directory: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Step 2:

Using OpenIV, navigate to the following path: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data. Edit the "dlclist.xml" file and add the following line:

dlcpacks:/boorc/

Step 3:

Save the modified "dlclist.xml" file and close OpenIV.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use a trainer and enter the spawn name "boorc".

Update: Version 1.1 fixed the racedetail texture being 512x512, and it is now 1024x1024 for better quality.
