Place the "cl63amg" folder inside your Grand Theft Auto V dlcpacks folder, typically located at: /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Step 2:

Open the "dlclist.xml" file located in /mods/update/update.rpf/common/data, and copy the following line:

< Item>dlcpacks:/cl63amg/< /Item>

(Important note: Remove the extra spaces within the "< >" brackets when adding the line)

Step 3:

Paste the line into the "dlclist.xml" file, save the changes, and close the file.
