Install OpenIV and Menyoo if you do not have them already installed. You can find them at the respective links mentioned in the base description.

Step 2:

Using OpenIV, place the extracted folder "641" into the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks

Step 3:

Navigate to the 'dlclist.xml' file within the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data

Step 4:

Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using Notepad or any other text editor and add the following line at the bottom:

dlcpacks:/641/

Save the file and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file in OpenIV.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use the Menyoo trainer.
