Installation instructions:

mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks

Locate the "dlclist.xml" file within the following directory:

update > update.rpf > common > data

Step 4:
Open "dlclist.xml" using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line at the bottom:

dlcpacks:/bfdsuv/

Save the file and replace the original "dlclist.xml" in OpenIV.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use any trainer and enter the spawn name: "bfdsuv"
