Installation instructions:

Step 1:
Create a new folder titled "mongoose" within the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks

Drag the extracted "dlc.rpf" file into the newly created "mongoose" folder.

Step 2:
Navigate to the 'dlclist.xml' file within the following directory:

Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data

Step 3:
Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line above "":

dlcpacks:/mongoose/

Save the file and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file in OpenIV.

To spawn the vehicle in-game, use a trainer and enter the spawn name: "mongoose"
