Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data

Step 3:
Open the 'dlclist.xml' file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line at the end:

dlcpacks:/polalamod/

Save the file and replace the original 'dlclist.xml' file in OpenIV.

Step 4 (optional):
Place the 'DLS' file into the 'Plugins' folder.
