Installation Instructions:

Step 1:
Copy the extracted "suranoe" folder into "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks".

Step 2:
Use OpenIV to extract "Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > update.rpf > common > data > dlclist.xml".

Step 3:
Open the extracted "dlclist.xml" file with Notepad and add the following line:

dlcpacks:/suranoe/

Step 4:
Save the edited "dlclist.xml" file and use OpenIV to replace it in the original location.
