Using OpenIV, edit the "dlclist.xml" file found in the update.rpf within the mods folder. Add the following line:

dlcpacks:/natf23/

Step 3:
Save the changes and close the "dlclist.xml" file.

Step 4:
Launch the game and use any trainer to spawn the Northrop NATF-23 by entering the aircraft spawn name: natf23
