Copy the "armat" folder to the following directory:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks

Step 2:
Using OpenIV, navigate to:
X:/Grand Theft Auto V/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
Edit the "dlclist.xml" file using a text editor (e.g., Notepad) and add the following line at the bottom:

dlcpacks:/armat/

Save the changes and close the "dlclist.xml" file.

Step 3:
Start Grand Theft Auto V and spawn the T-14 Armata tank using a trainer with a spawn-by-name feature.
