SAHP Incident Command Vehicle [Add-On]

Introducing the SAHP Incident Command Vehicle modification for Grand Theft Auto V. This mod adds a realistic and functional SAHP (San Andreas Highway Patrol) command vehicle to the game, enhancing your gameplay experience.

Real-World Vehicle Information:
- Based on the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Incident Command Vehicles
- These vehicles are equipped with advanced communication and surveillance systems to aid in handling emergency situations on the highways.
- Command vehicles play a crucial role in coordinating resources and responding to incidents effectively.

Mod Features:
- Custom CHP-style radar system with LODs (Level of Detail), created from scratch instead of borrowing from default game assets
- Functional radar that can be opened using the "Bomb Bay" feature in Simple Trainer
- Different logo and motto liveries created by ShaoyeBen
- Multiple vehicle parts and equipment for enhanced realism, such as LEDs, antennas, laptops, and more

Installation Instructions:
1. Copy the "sahpicv" folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" using OpenIV.
2. Open OpenIV, navigate to "dlclist.xml" in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/".
3. Add the following line to the "dlclist.xml" file: "dlcpacks:/sahpicv/"
4. Save the file and close OpenIV.
