ED-209 from Robocop [Add-On | VehFuncs V]

Introducing the ED-209 from Robocop vehicle modification for Grand Theft Auto V. This mod brings the iconic law enforcement robot ED-209 from the classic 1987 science-fiction movie Robocop to the streets of Los Santos. Real-World Vehicle Information:
- The ED-209, or Enforcement Droid Series 209, is a fictional robotic law enforcement unit featured in the Robocop franchise.
- Designed by OCP (Omni Consumer Products), ED-209 is programmed to serve and protect the citizens of futuristic Detroit.

Mod Features:
- Working lights, guns, and rockets for added realism.
- VehFuncs features enabling advanced ED-209 functionalities:
- Arms rotate upwards when the player enters the vehicle.
- Leg locks release as the player enters.
- Rotating leg bolts.
- Oscillating legs.
- The player can climb up the right leg to enter the vehicle.

Known Issues:
- Homing missiles do not lock onto targets. The issue is yet to be resolved.

Installation Instructions (Add-On):
1. Go to "gta5/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks" and create a new folder named "ed209v3". Drag the "dlc.rpf" file into the folder.
2. Navigate to "gta5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and open the "dlclist.xml" file.
3. Add the following line to the "dlclist.xml" file: "dlcpacks:/ed209v3/"
4. Save the modified "dlclist.xml" file.
5. Place the "ed209v3.ini" file into your "VehFuncs" folder. If you do not have VehFuncs V installed, the features of ED-209 will not work. To install VehFuncs V, download it from the original mod source and place the "VehFuncs" folder and files into your main GTA V folder.

To spawn the ED-209 in GTA V, use a trainer with a vehicle spawning menu and enter "ed209v3" as the spawn name.
