Installation Instructions:

3. Navigate to "gta5/mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and edit the "dlclist.xml" file
4. Add the following line:
dlcpacks:/boeingboprey/
5. Save and close the "dlclist.xml" file

To spawn the Boeing Bird of Prey in-game, use a compatible vehicle spawner and enter "boeingboprey" as the spawn name.
