1. Extract the "flightning99" folder from the downloaded archive.
2. Use OpenIV, navigate to "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" and drag-and-drop the "flightning99" folder there.
3. Navigate to "\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" and open/edit "dlclist.xml". Add the following line: dlcpacks:/flightning99/
4. Save your changes, launch the game, and spawn the vehicle using the spawn name "flightning99".

Replace:
1. Extract the .yft and .ytd files from the downloaded archive and place them on your desktop.
2. Open OpenIV and navigate to "x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf".
3. Rename "fordlightning" to "bison" or any other car you wish to replace. Drag and drop the .yft and .ytd files you extracted earlier into the "vehicles.rpf" file.
4. Close OpenIV, launch the game, and spawn the vehicle using a vehicle spawner or search for it in A.I. traffic.
