1. Copy the oycm3 folder to either:
   • X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
   • X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Using OpenIV, navigate to:
   • X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
   • or X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
3. Open dlclist.xml with a text editor and add the following line:
4. <Item>dlcpacks:\oycm3\</Item>
5. Save the file and replace it using OpenIV
