Installation Steps:

1. Using OpenIV, navigate to the directory: Grand Theft Auto V mods update x64 dlcpacks and place the folder sucap1 there.
2. Then, go to: Grand Theft Auto V mods update update.rpf common data and open the file dlclist.xml.
3. Add the following line to dlclist.xml:

   <Item>dlcpacks:/sucap1/</Item>

4. Save and close the file.

To spawn the vehicle in game, use the name sucap1. Detailed installation instructions are also included in the download package.
