Installation:

1. Step 1: Copy the chgciv14 folder to your GTA 5 directory: x:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2. Step 2: Use OpenIV to extract the following file: x:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf \common\data\ dlclist.xml.
3. Step 3: Open dlclist.xml with Notepad and add a new line: dlcpacks:/chgciv14/.
4. Step 4: Save the file and use OpenIV to replace the original dlclist.xml.
