Installation Steps (Add-on):

1. Drag the 'merc23' folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ (if you are using OpenIV ASI).
2. Open 'OPENIV' in EDIT mode, then navigate to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data.
3. Add the following line to the dlclist.xml file:

dlcpacks:/merc23/

4. Save the changes and close OpenIV.
5. Launch the game and use a trainer to spawn the car by typing: merc23.
