Vanilla Emergency Vehicle Tweaks Pack (VEVT) [Replace | OIV | Sounds | Handling]

This mod addresses and fixes various issues present in the vanilla emergency vehicle models of GTA V, remnants from their transition from the original Xbox 360/PS3 to the current PC version. Serving as a standalone DLC pack, it consolidates all "Emergency" category vehicles, making them more accessible and easy to manage.

The emergency service vehicles in Los Santos and Blaine County have inconsistencies in quality, including UV mapping errors, LOD model issues, and notable differences in polygonal quality. This mod aims to fix these issues and ensure consistency in quality across all emergency vehicles. The changes are subtle, focusing on quality of life improvements rather than major overhauls.

The mod also enhances livery textures that Rockstar did not up-scale originally and corrects bugs in the carcols.ymt file siren settings, including issues related to corona colors, sequencer value errors, and adding environmental lighting. Additionally, it reintroduces some sirens from the old-gen versions of GTA V.

Thanks to special model edits, vehicles with flashing LED light textures will now have more visible sirens during the day and more vibrant lights at night. The mod is compatible with vanilla GTA V graphics and does not require editing of graphics-related files. Optional model and texture variations are included for those who want additional customization.
