Installation Steps

1. Navigate to your GTA 5 directory: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update and launch OpenV.
2. Go to C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data and open Dlclist.xml.
3. Add the following line to the Dlclist.xml file: dlcpacks:/runabout/
4. Use the Enhanced Native Trainer or Menyoo to spawn the vehicle with the name: runabout
5. Alternatively, use AddOnCarSpawner with the command: 1901 Oldsmobile Runabout\runabout
