Installation Instructions

1. Navigate to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
2. Create a new folder named "jltoronado" and drag dlc.rpf into this folder.
3. Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
4. Edit dlclist.xml and add the following line: <Item>dlcpacks:/jltoronado/</Item>

Spawn Name: jltoronado

Vehfuncs Features: Ensure working wipers, engine fans, and dials by placing the jltoronado.ini file into your VehfuncsV folder.
