Installation Steps:

1. Place the 'ssso' folder in "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/".
2. Open OpenIV and navigate to 'dlclist.xml' located at "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add the following line:

   <Item>dlcpacks:/ssso/</Item>

3. Optional:
   • For an optional pattern, replace the .yft files and 'carcols.meta' in "dlc.rpf/common/".
   • Choose a pattern from the "Traffic Advisory" folder and place the XML files in Plugins/DLS/.
