1. Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
2. Extract dlclist.xml and add this line: dlcpacks:\sjtoyota13\
3. Navigate to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
4. Create a folder named sjtoyota13
5. Add the included dlc.rpf file to the folder

Spawn Name: Use sjtoyota13 to spawn the vehicle in the game.
