Raccoon City Services Pack
A bit late for the 25th Anniversary, but here it is. This mod brings the Police, Fire, and City Services of Capcom's fictional "Raccoon City" from the Resident Evil franchise to GTA 5. Included are numerous GTA lore-friendly R.P.D vehicles along with R.F.D, Arklay County sheriff, and various city vehicles inspired by canonical or fan-made art, gameplay, and other media.

Installation Steps:
- Download the Raccoon City Services Pack mod files.
- Extract the files to a temporary directory.
- Follow the specific livery installation instructions provided in the readme.txt included in the download.
- For compatible uniforms, download the Evil Uniforms Pack from here.
- Install the uniforms as per the instructions on the linked page.
- Start GTA 5 and enjoy the new Raccoon City services!

Known Bugs:
- Boxville: Glass does not fully break on rear windows and antenna clips when hood is opened.
- RFD Engine: Front flashing lights cannot be shot out.
- RPD Stanier: Sidelights have no COLs, and certain takedowns are white through colored glass.
- RPD Brigham: Dial background is white.
Apologies for the bugs, but it's best to release for now.
