Installation Steps

1. Navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and drag the folder inside the addon into there.
2. Go to mods/update/common/data/update.rpf, right-click on dlclist.xml, and click on edit.
3. Add the following line at the bottom as indicated in the readme file: (specific code or entry)

After following these steps, open your game and use the spawn name "citytrg". For easier access, it is recommended to use the addon spawner.
