1995 Declasse Premier Emergency Pack [Add-On | Template]

This mod pack is inspired by 11John11's and Vx5voltage's vehicle modifications for GTA 5, enhancing the realism with updated emissive lighting, liveries, and other features. Returning to the mid-90s era inspired by 95-96 Chevrolet Caprices, this pack lets you patrol in classic police vehicles from various departments. Below are the features and installation steps for this pack.

Features

- 10 Premiers: Equipped with vanilla-style lightbars inspired by the 90's era California lighting. Includes antennas with wobble effects, pushbars, rear deck lights, traffic advisors, and spotlights as extras.

- SAHP Vehicles Only: Speed radar equipment

- Aesthetic Details: Full chrome grill, classic 90s police computer & siren controller/radio console, trunk equipment from NeoGeo39's 93 emergency Stanier pack.

- Custom Soundbank: Comes from 11John11's LSPD pack.

- Mapped Vehicles: Fully mapped on all LODs.

- Liveries: Up to 10 liveries for each vehicle. A template is included for custom liveries.

- Standard Features: Breakable windows, LODs, dirt mapping, etc.

Installation Steps

1. Copy the 'beastybill88_polpremc' folder to the file path "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/".
2. Open OpenIV, navigate to 'dlclist.xml' in "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/". Add "dlcpacks:/beastybill88_polpremc/".

• Swapped MX7000 lightbar on sherprem model to the one suggested by 55d and others from Weeby's LSSD Pack Extended.
• Fixed bugged amber light flashing out of sync on rear deck lighting for multiple models.
• Fixed bugged red light flashing out of sync on rear deck lighting for sahppremslick.
• Added mipmapping to liveries.
• Minor texture changes to the LSSD liveries.

Notes

You will need to use the Sirensetting Limit Adjuster for the sirens to work.

The siren ID numbers range from 4400 to 1999.

If the game crashes during the loading screen, use a custom gameconfig available on this website.

Known Issues

- No glass shards when windows break (base model issue).

- Trunk equipment doesn't deform with the vehicle and appears on the outside if sufficiently damaged.

- Front mirror steady burn texture on slicktop models pops in and out when the windscreen has bullet holes.
