Installation Steps:

1. Move the "huracanevo" folder to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
2. Go to "mods/update/update.rpf/common/data" and add the following line to your dlclist.xml file:
   dlcpacks:/huracanevo/
3. Spawn the car using "huracanevo" ID with any trainer
