AMX-10RC [Add-On / FiveM]

The AMX-10 RC is a French armored fighting vehicle designed by Nexter Systems for reconnaissance missions. Initially deployed in 1981, it continues to serve French cavalry units with over 240 units in operation as of 2021. Additionally, 108 units were sold to Morocco, and 12 to Qatar. The abbreviation "RC" stands for "Roues-Canon," meaning "wheeled gun," a term that reflects its classification as a wheeled tank destroyer or light tank. In French service, it is commonly referred to as "char" (tank).

Installation for FiveM

Step 1: Drag the "FIVE-M" folder into your server's [cars] folder.

Step 2: Start the resource by adding it to your server configuration.

Installation for Add-On in Single Player

1. Place the "amx10rc" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. With OpenIV, open [Gamefolder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and add the following line using Notepad++:

1. Still in OpenIV, open [Gamefolder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\extratitleupdatedata.meta and add the following lines with Notepad++:

dlc_amx10rc:
update:/dlc_patch/amx10rc/

1. Once done, use a trainer with "spawn by name" function (e.g., Enchanted Native Trainer) to spawn the vehicle. Type in:

"amx10rc"

If the game crashes on startup, install a custom gameconfig.xml, available at gta5-mods.com. It is advisable to use a Mods folder for safety, and always make backups. The creator is not responsible for any issues that may arise during installation or use.
