Installation Steps:

1. Open OpenIV and navigate to Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data.
2. Edit the dlclist.xml file by adding the following line:
   <Item>dlcpacks:\emperorm60\</Item>
3. Place the emperorm60 folder in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks.
4. Use a trainer to spawn the car by entering the name emperorm60.

Important: Before using this mod, ensure you have the CWeaponInfoBlob Limit Adjuster by alexguirre installed. This prevents the game from crashing during loading.
